近年来,政府部门热推农民工职业技能培训,不少地方为此划出专款为农民工职业技能培训“埋单”。然而记者近日采访调查发现,由于对技能培训缺乏了解和认知,不少农民工特别是建筑领域农民工对技能培训并不热情。但专家表示,当前我国正大力推进新型城镇化建设,农民工市民化是其中的重要环节,而农民工要想真正融入城市,实施技能培训是最为有效的措施和手段。不少农民工对技能培训缺乏热情今年38岁的四川籍装修工白师傅告诉记者,他从来没有参加过职业技能培训。
