食品经营单位经验收合格后发放的许可证,是合法证件,其受法律保护。对于群众举报的情况,应认真调查,以事实为依据,以法律为准绳,合理、合法地处理。经调查不属实的举报,也应提出合理的解决方式,既能保护合法经营,又能防止商业欺诈,给双方满意的答复。同时,要求经营单位增强自我保护意识和手段,不断提高应对各种风险的能力。
The permit issued by the food business unit after it has been accepted by the competent authorities is a legal document that is protected by law.
