近几年来高校发展党员工作已取得了较大的成绩,积累了丰富的经验,十八大精神教育活动加大了对研究生党员进一步保持先进性和战斗堡垒作用。研究生党员队伍中存在着实践能力不足的问题,我们应清醒的认识到这些工作中的薄弱环节。发展研究生党员的同时,要通过不同途径加大培养实践能力的力度,提高研究生的实践能力,提高研究生党员的整体素质,为党和国家培养高素质人才。
In recent years, colleges and universities have made great achievements in party members’ development and have accumulated rich experience. The spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress has intensified their efforts to further maintain the advanced nature and the role of a stronghold for fighting graduate party members. There is a problem of lack of practical ability in the graduate student party ranks. We should clearly recognize the weak links in these work. At the same time of developing graduate student party members, we should step up efforts to cultivate practical ability through various channels, enhance the practical ability of graduate students, raise the overall quality of postgraduate party members and cultivate high-quality talents for the party and the state.
