本文报道应用彩色多普勒超声系统动态观察139例子宫动脉的血流动力学变化。其中79例为经超声诊断、手术病理证实的子宫肿瘤,另60例为正常子宫动脉的血流测值。结果:139例子宫动脉的彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)清晰、色彩明亮、鲜艳、脉冲多普勒(PW)收缩期呈单峰频谱,上升较快、下降较慢,舒张期有持续血流信号。正常子宫动脉血流量为190.90±85.76ml/min;良性病变子宫肌瘤值为376.43±92.36ml/min;恶性病变中以绒毛膜上皮癌值最高,为1480.21±180.62ml/min,此值明显高于正常及良性肿瘤。因此,CDFI和PW可对子宫肿瘤的良、恶性,为临床提供一定的科学依据。
This article reports the use of color Doppler ultrasound system dynamic observation of 139 cases of uterine artery hemodynamic changes.
