从本期开始,将陆续刊载全省第二次岗位培训经验交流会上的一些典型经验材料,以推动岗位培训试.点工作的实施。大庆是以石油和化工生产为主,以替代产业和地方工业为辅的新兴工业城市。市辖五个地区和127个县团级以上企事业单位。我市开展岗位培训试点工作的基本情况如下: 从1987年4月开始,我们就积极着手全市岗位培训试点工作。经过3年多的努力,已初步形成了一个以岗位培训为重点的职工教育新格局。全市现有职工354156人。其中干部91223人,工人262933人。技术工人172172人,占工人总数的65.48%。规范化岗位培训59770人,占职工总数的16.87%。全市已制定出64个系列、6717个岗位的岗位规范。编写教学大纲和教材1859种。全市127个二级企事业单位,已有91个单位开展了试点工作。试点面达71.6%。
Starting from this issue, some typical experience materials on the second post-training experience exchange meeting in the province will be published one after another to promote job training and implementation.
