本文针对企业改革不断深化,深层次矛盾及问题不断出现,企业思想政治工作在观念、内容、方法等方面面临旧与新、传统与现代的撞击的实际,分析了加强和改进思想政治工作的迫切要求,并从观念、机制、工作方法、工作载体、政工干部队伍五个方面阐述了如何进行思想政治工作创新。同时,对以人为本构建和谐社会的新形势下,如何根据广大职工思想的变化规律,增强思想政治工作的及时性、针对性、持久性、主动性和实效性,从而实现从“人治管理”走向“人性管理”进行了研究和探索。
