张心一教授,号继忠,(外文署名C.C.Chang)甘肃省临夏县人,1897年1月17日出生于甘肃省兰州市。1914年他考入清华大学留美班,1922年公费出国,1925年毕业于美国阿荷瓦农学院畜牧系,1926年在美国康乃尔大学获农业经济硕士学位。1927年毅然回到日夜思念的祖国,先后在金陵大学农学院任教,历任国民党中央立法院统计科长、中国银行农贷总稽核,抗日
Zhang Xinyi, No. following the Zhong, (Foreign Name C.C.Chang) Linxia County, Gansu Province, January 17, 1897 was born in Lanzhou City, Gansu Province. In 1914 he was admitted to Tsinghua University to study in the United States, 1922 to go abroad to pay for the public. In 1925 he graduated from the Department of Animal Husbandry of the United States Haworth College of Agriculture in 1926 at the Cornell University, received a master’s degree in agricultural economics.
