9月5日,浙江检验检疫局召开的支持舟山群岛新区发展政策发布会上指出,浙江在今明两年将出台一系列新政提速舟山群岛新区国际物流,其中就包括增加远洋水产品的进口量。今后,越来越多的远洋鲜活水产将从舟山通关入境,缓解水产品加工企业原料紧缺之急。为提高舟山口岸通关效能,从10月1日起,浙江检验检疫局将下放14项审批权给舟山。这些审批权限包括:出境水生动物养殖场、中转场注册登记;出口饲料和饲料添加剂生产、加工、存放企业注册登记;出口其他活动物和非食用动物产品企业注册
On September 5, Zhejiang Inspection and Quarantine Bureau held a press conference to support the development policy of Zhoushan Islands New Area. It pointed out that Zhejiang will introduce a series of new policies to speed up Zhoushan Archipelago international logistics in the next two years, including increasing the import volume of oceanic aquatic products. In the future, more and more fresh-water fish from overseas will enter the country from Zhoushan Customs Clearance to ease the shortage of raw materials for aquatic products processing enterprises. In order to improve the customs clearance efficiency at Zhoushan Port, from October 1, Zhejiang Inspection and Quarantine Bureau will delegate 14 approval powers to Zhoushan. These approval authority include: exit aquatic animal farms, transit registration; export feed and feed additives production, processing, storage business registration; export of other live animals and non-food animal products business registration
