为研究角膜新生血管的防治疗法,用角膜缝线方法,诱导12只家兔24只眼角膜新生血管形成。缝线后的第3d,12只家兔随机分为3组,将不同药物分别注射于结膜下,观察每眼角膜新生血管生长情况。结果:平阳霉素(0.5mg)组新生血管的长度(x±sx)为(2.89±0.03)mm,较对照组(4.89±0.02)mm短,但差异无显著意义(P>0.05);肝素(2500U)加可的松(12.5mg)组新生血管的长度为(2.04±0.04)mm,明显短于对照组,差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。结果表明,肝素加可的松混合液结膜下注射防治兔角膜新生血管的作用优于平阳霉素。
To study the prevention and treatment of corneal neovascularization, corneal neovascularization was induced by corneal suture in 24 eyes of 12 rabbits. After the suture the first 3d, 12 rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups, different drugs were injected under the conjunctiva, corneal neovascularization observed each eye growth. Results: The length of new blood vessels in Pingyangmycin (0.5mg) group was (2.89 ± 0.03) mm, shorter than that in control group (4.89 ± 0.02) mm, but the difference was no (P> 0.05). The length of neovascularization of heparin (2500U) plus cortisone (12.5mg) group was (2.04 ± 0.04) mm, which was significantly shorter than that of the control group Significance (P <0.01). The results showed that heparin plus cortisone mixture of subconjunctival injection of rabbit corneal neovascularization prevention and treatment better than pingyangmycin.
