对位于邯郸市中心的招贤大厦地基沉降与上部结构共同作用分析研究显示,用有限元方法计算地基沉降能够取得良好的结果。与分层总和法比较,有限元方法更适合计算机使用,能得到复杂条件时的地基沉降计算值及地基土反力分布。分析研究还显示,由于考虑了地基土、基础与上部结构共同作用,在基础筏板的全部弯矩中,整体弯矩占主要部分。整体变形类似锅底状,以底部受拉为主要受力状态,同时与基础相接的框架柱根部有很大的弯矩,设计时要充分注意。
Analysis and research on the interaction between subsidence and superstructure of Zhao Yin Mansion located in the center of Handan shows that the finite element method can be used to calculate the settlement of the foundation to obtain good results. Compared with the stratified summation method, the finite element method is more suitable for computer use, and the calculated value of foundation settlement and the reaction force of subsoil can be obtained under complex conditions. Analytical studies also show that due to the combined effect of subsoil, foundation and superstructure, the total moment in the entire foundation raft accounts for the major part. The overall deformation is similar to the pot bottom shape, with the bottom of the tension as the main stress state, while the base frame phase column has a large bending moment, the design should pay full attention.
