随着煤炭资源的逐渐减少,以及煤炭企业的改制,煤矿工人的相对生活水平已经不如计划经济时期煤矿工人的水平。这种差距的继续扩大会影响我国社会的稳定,阻碍我国社会主义和谐社会的发展。文章建立模型,以煤矿一线工人、煤矿企业和政府为研究对象,运用模型探究三者的内在机理,并从政府角度给出政府的可行性行为方法,为政府部门改善矿工的生活质量提供一些有价值的参考。
With the gradual reduction of coal resources, as well as the restructuring of coal enterprises, the relative living standards of coal miners have been worse than the level of coal miners in the planned economy. The continuous widening of this gap will affect the stability of our society and hinder the development of a harmonious socialist society in our country. This article establishes a model to study the inner mechanics of the three workers with coal mine workers and government as the research object, and uses the model to explore the internal mechanism of the three. And from the government’s point of view, this paper gives the government’s feasible behavior method, Value reference.
