The first (1883) and the second (1895) Beyond Our Power were two controversial plays by Bjørnstjerne Bjørnson (1832-1910) and his most important work. In the first section, “Beyond Manpower,” Adolf Sang started miracles with faith and prayer to help patients get out of their ailments. Beyonceon criticizes the miracle of superstition. He believes that Christian faith should not be founded on the miracles of superstition and no law, but on the law and evolution of God’s faith. In Part Two of “Transcending Humanity,” the story of Shangli’s twin siblings Eliasang and RachelSang shows the modern class struggle. In the script, Beyonceon expresses sympathy for Lovech’s charity and criticizes Alexis’s violence. Therefore, he wants to tell readers and audience that in times of miracles can not occur, painful people always despair, hopelessness inspire violence and look forward to creating miracles by violence. As a result, social violence has brought revolution and changed the fate of some people. However, it has failed to completely change the living conditions of the general public so that they can get out of poverty or suffering. Therefore, miracles and violence can not change society. Only philanthropy and social evolution can bring human happiness. Through “transcendence of manpower,” Beyonceon brought the struggle of liberalism, capitalism, socialism, anarchism and terrorism onto the stage so that the masters of capitalists, workers, revolutionaries and Nietzsche could all come out ethically His criticism of “doctrine ”.
