近年来,我国社会风险日益积聚,公共危机事件频发,社会舆论聚焦呈明显态势,许多社会舆论又常常跨越国家引发国际舆论的关注,这无疑增加了我国社会治理的难度,国际舆论风险已成为现实的存在。本文主要探讨国际舆论风险产生的时代背景、国际舆论风险的内涵及其性质。
