“建设团结干事的班子、培养激情干事的队伍、弘扬踏实干事的作风”是中共青海省委对全省各级领导班子、各级干部提出的新要求。文章结合2011年州县乡集中换届工作实际,就如何把“三个干事”的要求作为选拔配备干部的新标准,贯彻落实到2011年州县换届工作中,选好干部,配强班子,为推进青海省跨越发展、绿色发展、和谐发展、统筹发展提供坚强的组织保证进行了论述。
