经济利益矛盾已成为社会主义市场经济条件下人民内部矛盾的主题。从3个方面分析了人民内部经济利益矛盾的现状及其成因．对社会健康发展的不利影响，并提出了相应的对策措施。
The contradictions of economic interests have become the theme of the contradictions among the people under the conditions of a socialist market economy. From three aspects, it analyzes the current situation and causes of the contradictions among the people’s internal economic interests. Adversely affecting the healthy development of society and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
