采用高频电鼻泪管电灼并联合改良锥形塑料管桥式泪道插管术治疗慢性泪囊炎38例，成功31例，好转4例，失败3例。并对手术的原理及特点进行讨论。
38 cases of chronic dacryocystitis were treated with high frequency electric nasolacrimal tube electrocautery combined with modified conical plastic tube bridge lacrimal duct intubation, 31 cases were successful, 4 cases improved and 3 cases failed. And discuss the principle and characteristics of surgery.
