我国学校教育的总目标是:“增强学生体质,促进学生身心和谐发展,培养学生体育能力和良好的思想品德,使其成为具有现代精神的德、智、体、美全面发展的社会主义建设者。”苏霍姆林斯基说:“我们平时所说的教师对学生的教育,在什么时候最鲜明、最积极、最深刻呢?这就是在老师的情感接触了学生情感的时候。”作为一名班主任,如果与学生的关系处理不好,那就很难在班级中树立威信。那么,如何处理与学生之间的关系呢?
