针对发动机齿圈及飞轮结构,采用有限元分析方法,考虑结构接触非线性问题对结构受力进行分析。得到发动机齿圈及飞轮的应力分布,通过疲劳计算验证齿圈及飞轮强度符合设计要求。
Aiming at the gear ring and flywheel structure of engine, the finite element analysis method is used to analyze the force of the structure considering the nonlinear contact of structure. The stress distribution of the gear ring and the flywheel of the engine is obtained, and the strength of the ring gear and the flywheel is verified by the fatigue calculation to meet the design requirements.
