手卫生是预防医院感染的最重要措施之一。研究表明,由医务人员的手传播细菌而造成的医院感染约占30%,护理人员每天忙碌地穿梭在患者之间,是接触患者最多的群体,引起的医院感染更是不容忽视,而洗手及手消毒是最经济、最简单的阻止经手传播病原菌而造成医院感染的有效手段[1]。本文报道浙江省湖州市中心医院280名护士手卫生依从情况,洗手前后手部带菌情况的调查结果,并分析原因,以寻求提高护理人员手卫生依从性的有效对策。
Hand hygiene is one of the most important measures to prevent nosocomial infections. Studies show that about 30% of nosocomial infections are caused by the spread of bacteria by the hand of the medical staff. Nursing staff shuttle busily between patients every day, causing the most frequent contact with patients. Hospital infections can not be ignored. Hand disinfection is the most economical and easiest way to stop nosocomial infections through the transmission of pathogens [1]. This paper reports the hand hygiene compliance of 280 nurses in Huzhou Central Hospital of Zhejiang Province and the results of hand-carried hand-washing before hand-washing, and analyzes the reasons to seek effective countermeasures to improve hand hygiene compliance of nursing staff.
