省海洋与渔业局:你局《关于审批福鼎市沙埕渔港开发建设投资有限公司海域使用申请的请示》(闽海渔[2003]130号)文悉。根据《中华人民共和国海域使用管理法》等有关法律、法规的规定,经研究,同意福鼎市沙埕渔港开发建设投资有限公司使用福鼎市沙埕镇3.65公顷海域,用于填海建设一级渔港。请严格按有关规定,给予办理相关手续。
