To develop the socialist market economy and to carry out the construction of spiritual civilization are in line with each other and promote and link each other. This article discusses the development of socialist market economy in five aspects: strengthening ideological education, moral education and discipline education; strengthening education, science and culture construction and strengthening the party’s self-construction.
