1955年12月12日至16日在莫斯科举行了全苏水土保持会议。这次会议是由苏联科学院士壤研究所和苏联农业部科学技术委员会联合召集的。会议的主要任务是:查明水蚀和风蚀最严重的地区;进行侵蚀土壤的区划以规划各项水土保持措施;制定各项水土保持措施,并把其贯彻到实际生产中去;提高侵蚀土壤的肥力和加强全苏土壤侵蚀科学研究工作的配合与联系。出席这次会议的有苏联科学院20个研究所和11个共和国科学院的代表,有全苏列宁农业科学院、苏联农业部、俄罗斯、乌克兰及其它共和国的24个研究所及试验机关的代表。出席这次会议的还有44所高等学
The All-Sour Soil and Water Conservation Conference was held in Moscow from December 12 to December 1955. The meeting was jointly convened by the Scholars Institute of the Soviet Academy of Sciences and the Soviet Ministry of Agriculture Science and Technology Committee. The main tasks of the conference are: to identify areas with the most serious water erosion and wind erosion; to carry out soil erosion zoning to plan various soil and water conservation measures; to formulate various soil and water conservation measures and implement them into actual production; to enhance soil erosion Fertility and to strengthen the scientific research work in soil erosion in the whole of the Soviet Union. Attending the meeting were representatives of 20 institutes of the Soviet Academy of Sciences and 11 republican academies of sciences, including 24 institutes and testing institutes of the All Sulein Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the Soviet Ministry of Agriculture, Russia, Ukraine and other republics. 44 colleges attended the meeting
