实验用信频Nd:YAG绿色激光照射猴眼及青紫兰灰兔眼,求得猴视网膜出血性损伤ED_(50)=111.7μJ(5.69×10~(-4)J/cm~2),兔视网膜出血性损伤ED_(50)=41.6μJ(2.12×10~(-4)J/cm~2)。猴眼耐受性高于兔眼,其剂量相差系数为2.68。文中对损伤的病理所见进行描述。
