This article reports 3 cases of left arytenoid cartilage dislocation, caused by tracheal intubation. The authors suggest that there is also poor coverage of arytenoid cartilage dislocation due to the very low incidence of arytenoid cartilage dislocation. Aeryolar cartilage dislocation caused by the passive activity of the arytenoid joint has been beyond the allowable range of activities caused. The arytenoid joint is a synovial joint
