世界各国之间的联系因经济全球化进程加速变得愈加密切。跨国企业的并购成为企业增强实力,提升竞争力的主要途径之一。品牌并购是企业并购最直接的体现。近年来,我国民族品牌不断参与到企业并购的浪潮中,但发展情况不尽如人意,有的甚至以品牌退出市场而告终。究其原因,企业文化冲突是导致民族品牌最终退出市场的重要因素。因此,整合企业文化在外资并购中对民族品牌的发展尤其重要,如何实现高效的企业文化整合成为异质文化品牌并购企业必须要解决的问题。
