档案是历史上各种政治、经济、社会组织和个人在公私事务或技术、科学工作活动中自然转化形成的真实历史凭证和原始记录。年鉴是一部系统地汇集上一年的年度信息资料,以条目为主要撰写形式,逐年编辑、连续出版、反映地区与行业情况的大型资料工具书。2006年,国务院颁布了《地方志工作条例》,将地方综合年鉴定义为,系统记述本行政区域内自然、政治、经济、文化、社会等方面情况的年度资料性文献。由此行业年鉴便可定义为,系统地汇集上一年的年度信息
Archives are the true historical vouchers and original records formed by the historical transformation of various political, economic, social organizations and individuals through public-private affairs or technical and scientific work activities. Yearbook is a systematic compilation of the annual information materials of the previous year, with entries as the main form of compilation, and annual compilation and publication of large-scale data reference books that reflect the situation in different regions and industries. In 2006, the State Council promulgated the Regulations on the Local Chronicles Work, defining the comprehensive local yearbook as an annual data document systematically describing the natural, political, economic, cultural and social aspects of the administrative area. The industry yearbook can be defined as a systematic collection of the annual information of the previous year
