福建省水产学会于1990年12月22日在厦门召开第四届三次扩大会,出席这次会议的有正、副理事长、秘书长,厦门、漳州地区常务理事、理事共21人。理事长王铁福副厅长主持了会议,杨瑞堂秘书长传达了福建省科协召开的省级学会秘书长和地、市科协学会部长会议精神,汇报了1990年学会工作;会议研究了1991年学会工作及有关事宜,现把讨论的问题纪要如下: 一、进一步开展学术交流,提高学术水平 1.1991年拟召开四个学术讨论会: (1)淡水养殖学术讨论会; (2)贝类养殖专题研讨会; (3)渔用电子仪器学术讨论会; (4)联合漳、泉、厦三市水产学会召开“推进闽南地区发展远洋渔业”学术研讨论会。 (5)举办一次鳗鱼、对虾病害研讨会。
Fujian Fisheries Institute held its third enlarged meeting in Xiamen on December 22, 1990. There are 21 directors and vice-presidents and secretaries-general attending the meeting and 21 standing directors and directors in Xiamen and Zhangzhou. Wang Tiefu, deputy director of the chairman presided over the meeting, Secretary-General Yang Ruitang conveyed provincial secretary-general of Fujian Provincial Association for Science and Technology and the spirit of the meeting of ministers of prefectural and municipal science and technology associations, reported the work of the Institute in 1990; the meeting studied the 1991 Association Work and related issues, the following is a summary of the issues discussed: I. Further academic exchanges to improve academic standards 1. 1991 to be held in four academic seminars: (1) freshwater aquaculture seminars; (2) seminar on shellfish farming (3) Fisheries Electronic Instrument Symposium; (4) Joint Zhang, Quan, Xiamen City Aquatic Society held “to promote the development of offshore fishing in southern Fujian,” academic seminars. (5) Organize a seminar on eel and shrimp diseases.
