王硕,1969年7月生,天津人,博士,教授。1991年毕业于南开大学环境科学系,1999年获得悉尼大学农业化学系博士学位,1999-2003年在悉尼大学、澳大利亚联邦科学研究院从事博士后研究和研究员工作。自2003年起,先后任天津科技大学食品工程与生物技术学院教师、副院长,天津市食品营养与安全重点实验室主任,食品营养与安全教育部重点实验室主任,天津科技大学副校长,2012年任工信部食品企业质量安全检测技术示范中心主任。现任天津科技大学校长。
Wang Shuo, born in July 1969, Tianjin, Ph.D., professor. He graduated from the Department of Environmental Science in Nankai University in 1991 and received his Ph.D. in Agricultural Chemistry from the University of Sydney in 1999. He worked as a postdoctoral fellow and researcher at the University of Sydney and the Commonwealth Institute of Science in Australia from 1999-2003. Since 2003, he has served as teacher and vice president of Food Engineering and Biotechnology College of Tianjin University of Science and Technology, director of Tianjin Key Laboratory of Food Nutrition and Safety, Director of Key Laboratory of Food Nutrition and Safety Ministry of Education, Vice President of Tianjin University of Science and Technology, In 2012 the Ministry of Industry and Food Food Quality and Safety Testing Technology Demonstration Center. Current president of Tianjin University of Science and Technology.
