随着服装行业的快速发展和越来越多服装品牌的兴起促使对服装设计人员的要求越来越高,传统教学模式下培养出的服装设计专业学生已经不能满足行业对设计人才的要求,如何改变这一现状引起专业教育人士的思考,只有针对未来职业要求的技能展开教育教学,才能打开学生的就业渠道,所以以就业为导向的服装设计教学成为教学改革的方向。
With the rapid development of the apparel industry and the rise of more and more apparel brands, the demand for apparel designers is getting higher and higher. The apparel design students trained under the traditional teaching mode can no longer meet the requirements of the industry for design talents. How? To change this situation has aroused the thinking of professional educators. Only by teaching and learning the skills required by future occupations can we open up employment channels for students. Therefore, employment-oriented fashion design teaching has become the direction of teaching reform.
