中国注册会计师协会第一届理事会第二次会议: 我首先向会议表示热烈的祝贺。由于召开财政会议以及会后一些急待处理的事情不能脱身,我不能前来上海参加会议,特委托杨纪琬、张德明、李希文同志代表我向大家问候。会议的文件、材料我看了一些,希望大家认真讨论,总结好前段工作,研究好下步的打算,为开创我国注册会计师工作的新局面,作出贡献。
China Institute of Chartered Accountants, the second session of the first council: I first warmly congratulate the meeting. I can not come to Shanghai to attend the meeting due to the convening of a financial conference and some things that need to be dealt with urgently after the meeting can not get out. Comrade Yang Jijie, Zhang Deming and Li Xiwen are specially commissioned to greet you. I read the documents and materials of the meeting. I hope all of you will seriously discuss and summarize the previous work and study the plans for the next move so as to make a contribution to creating a new situation for CPA work in our country.
