O2O是指把线上的消费者带到现实的商店中去——在线支付购买线下的商品和服务,再到线下去享受服务。目前较火的团购,就是O2O模式中的一种。O2O的理念算不上新颖,但很重要。数据显示,美国线上消费只占8%,线下消费的比例依旧高达92%;而中国的这一比例,分别为3%和97%。O2O的使命,就是把电子商务的效力,引入目前消费中占比90%以上的部分中去。追溯
O2O refers to bringing online consumers into reality stores - paying for offline purchases of goods and services online, and then offline to enjoy services. The current hot buy, is one of the O2O model. The concept of O2O is not new, but important. Data show that the United States accounted for only 8% of online spending, the proportion of offline consumption is still as high as 92%; while China’s this ratio were 3% and 97%.
