硅酸铝耐火纤维由于它重量轻,蓄热小,热损失少,易于修砌等一系列优点,广泛应用在现代加热设备中,远红外加热技术不断出现又为现代节能作出贡献。我厂根据生产需要自行设计制作全硅酸铝耐火纤维板式结构远红外烘烤炉,通过两年生产实践表明,该炉具有升温快,安全可靠,改善了劳动条件,节约大量能源,实用效果良好。本文对该炉设计制造及实际运行作一介绍,供大家参考。
