欧债危机对江苏经济发展既带来了难得机遇,也带来了许多不稳定、不确定因素。在这种国际环境下江苏应更加积极稳妥地实施“走出去”战略,坚持扩大对外开放,在更宽领域、更深程度和更高层次上利用两个市场、两种资源,加快构建全球条件下参与国际合作和竞争新优势,提升对外投资的质量和效益。文章在分析江苏近年来企业“走出去”现状的基础上,对在欧债危机阶段江苏企业如何更好地参与国际合作和竞争提出一些建议。
The debt crisis in the EU brought both rare opportunities to Jiangsu’s economic development and many unstable and uncertain factors. Under this kind of international environment, Jiangsu should carry out its strategy of “going global” more actively and steadily, adhere to the principle of opening wider to the outside world, and make use of two markets and two resources in a broader area, at a deeper level and at a higher level to speed up the construction of a global Participate in the new advantages of international cooperation and competition and improve the quality and efficiency of overseas investment. Based on the analysis of the status quo of enterprises “going out ” in Jiangsu in recent years, the article puts forward some suggestions on how to better participate Jiangsu enterprises in international cooperation and competition in the period of the debt crisis in Europe.
