集体经济是公有制经济的重要组成部分,是推动我国经济社会全面、协调、持续发展的重要力量,在建设中国特色社会主义伟大事业中具有不可替代的重要作用。进一步发展集体所有制,是加速社会主义现代化建设和劳动者共同富裕的客观的迫切要求。要大力支持和推进集体经济改革发展;加强对集体经济的宏观管理,建立强有力的指导服务体系;制定推进集体经济改革发展的指导意见;完善和加强法制建设,为集体经济改革发展提供法律保障;尊重群众意愿,积极鼓励、支持探索发展多种形式的集体经济;在全国积极总结推广坚持和发展集体经济的典型。
The collective economy is an important part of the public-owned economy and an important force for promoting the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of our economy and society. It plays an irreplaceable and important role in the great cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. To further develop collective ownership is an objective imperative to accelerate the socialist modernization and laborers’ common prosperity. We should vigorously support and promote the reform and development of the collective economy; strengthen the macro-management of the collective economy; establish a strong guiding service system; formulate guidelines for promoting the reform and development of the collective economy; improve and strengthen the legal system and provide legal guarantees for the reform and development of the collective economy ; Respect the will of the masses, actively encourage and support the exploration and development of various forms of collective economy; and actively summarize and popularize the typical of adhering to and developing the collective economy across the country.
