教师不应该以“知识的权威”自居,而应该与学生建立一种平等的师生关系,让学生感受到学习是一种平等的交流,是一种享受,是一种生命的呼唤。教学形式也由强调教师主导作用的传统“导——学”式变为强调学生主体地位的现代“学——导”式。课程理念下的语文教学过程强调以学生的“学”为主,教师则起“导”的作用。导出兴趣,调动学生学的积极性;导出学法,培养学的能力。语文教学过程中,教师的导是外因,学生的学是内因,外因只有通过内因才能起到作用。教师的导必须建立在学生学的基础上。主体是学,关键是导,明白了两者的联系和相互作用,就会更好地完成教学过程中的目标任务。
Teachers should not regard themselves as the “authority of knowledge”, but should establish an equal relationship between teachers and students so that students can feel that learning is an equal exchange, a kind of enjoyment and a call of life. The form of teaching is also changed from the traditional “guidance-learning” style which emphasizes the leading role of teachers to the modern “learning-guiding” style which emphasizes the dominant position of students. The process of Chinese teaching under the concept of the curriculum emphasizes on the “learning” of the students and the teachers on the role of “guiding”. Export interest, to mobilize the enthusiasm of students learn; derive learning methods, training learning ability. In the process of Chinese teaching, the teacher’s guide is the external cause, the student’s learning is the internal cause, and the external cause can only play its role through internal factors. The teacher’s guide must be based on student learning. The main body is learning, the key is to guide, understand the contact and interaction between the two, will be better to complete the process of teaching objectives and tasks.
