小鼠骨髓微核试验是目前最常用的哺乳动物体内遗传毒理学试验,检测的遗传学终点是染色体畸变/非整倍体。近年来,已对此试验进行了多次协作研究,如美国EPA遗传毒理学计划专家组就此曾作了2次全面评价。本文就方法学的进展简要综述如下:
