用卸载柔度单试样法COD阻力曲线自动测试技术,测定了CO2气体保护焊药芯焊丝YJ501焊缝金属在室温和-20℃时的COD阻力曲线,并对焊缝金属的显微组织进行了电镜分析.结果表明:CO2气体保护焊YJ501药芯焊丝焊缝金属在室温和-20℃均有较高的断裂韧性,焊缝金属中含有一定量的针状铁素体是其具有较高断裂韧性的主要原因
