林权流转本质上就是延伸林业家庭联产承包责任制所得的产物,主要追求的就是林地大范围的经营生产,尽可能地改善林地的经营状况,推动林业产业化发展趋势。基于此,先简单介绍了林权流转的效率发展情况,分析其主要的制约因素,并针对性地提出有效提高流转效率的方案。
In essence, the transfer of forest tenure is the product of extending the household contract responsibility system of forestry. The main pursuit is the management of a wide range of forest land, improving the management of forest land and promoting the development of forestry industrialization.
