舌头操 假如你想增加体力,可是又缺乏食欲的话,就根本办不到。没有食欲,再好吃的东西吃起来也不香。你不妨试试进行主司味觉的舌头操。首先,要进行卷舌头的运动。把舌头向里面卷,使舌头能够到达喉咙的部分。其次,把舌尖卷起,使舌头与嘴巴里的每一个部分都能接触。做完舌头运动后,嘴巴里面将会有唾液,这时候,把唾液一点点地吞下去。最后,把舌头伸到外边,尽量伸长,使舌头几乎能够舐到鼻子或下颚。舌头运动虽然不太雅观,但是能够收到良好的效果。
