最近一个时期,发展资本市场成为报刊上一个热点问题。在我看来,资本市场不仅是重要的融资渠道,而且可以成为实现国有经济的战略性重组,完善国民经济的所有制结构的重要手段。所以,发展资本市场有极大的必要性和重要性。不过,同是主张发展资本市场的人们,其理论出发点和政策归宿往往极不相同。在这篇短文中,我将分别说明我不赞成其中的哪些观点和赞成其中的哪些观点。
In the recent period, the development of the capital market has become a hot issue in the press. In my opinion, the capital market is not only an important financing channel, but also an important means of realizing the strategic reorganization of the state-owned economy and perfecting the ownership structure of the national economy. Therefore, the development of capital markets is of great necessity and importance. However, people who advocate the development of capital markets are often very different from their theoretical starting points and policy ends. In this essay, I will explain separately which of the opinions I am not in favor of and in which of them.
