1941年1月15日,安徽省茶叶管理处主办的《安徽茶讯》月刊,在安徽茶叶主产区的屯溪(今黄山市)正式创刊。《安徽茶讯》在第一卷第一期上,刊发了时任茶叶管理处处长方君强撰写的《发刊词》。方君强在《发刊词》中说:“抗战军与生产建设突飞猛进,吾皖茶叶秉承;中央政策暨省府管理办法实行统制,一切设施颇具成效。愿事业推进胥以学术为其基础,茶叶之产制改良
