本文介绍了累及阴部和盆副交感神经及胃肠道交感神经的脊髓损伤所致的胃肠道运动障碍。前者的下运动神经元损伤,引起排便的随意控制丧失;而上运动神经元损伤,除随意控制排便的能力丧失外,还可引起肛门直肠协同失调。胃肠道交感神经受累时,胃和结肠的肌肉顺应性降低,排空时间延长,甚至引起功能性肠梗阻。核素闪烁摄影适用于胃动力的检查;而结肠动力的评价则应借助于腹部平片和测定结肠通过时间。
This article describes the gastrointestinal motility disorder caused by spinal cord injury involving the parasympathetic and pelvic sympathetic and gastrointestinal sympathetic nerves. The former of the lower motor neurons injury, causing random loss of defecation control; and upper motor neuron injury, in addition to the ability to control defecation loss, but also can cause anorectal colorectal disorders. Gastrointestinal sympathetic involvement, stomach and colon decreased muscle compliance, emptying time, and even cause functional intestinal obstruction. Radionuclide scintigraphy is suitable for the examination of gastric motility; the assessment of colonic motility should be based on abdominal plain film and determination of colon transit time.
