(2008年3月18日第十一届全国人民代表大会第一次会议通过)第十一届全国人民代表大会第一次会议审查了国务院提出的《关于2007年国民经济和社会发展计划执行情况与2008年国民经济和社会发展计划草案的报告》及2008年国民经济和社会发展计划草案,同意全国人民代表大会财政经济委员会的审查结果报告。会议决定,批准《关于2007年国民经济和社会发展计划执行情况与2008年国民经济和社会发展计划草案的报告》,批准2008年国民经济和社会发展计划。
(Adopted at the First Session of the Eleventh National People’s Congress on March 18, 2008) The First Session of the Eleventh National People’s Congress reviewed the “Implementation Plan of 2007 National Economic and Social Development Plan And the 2008 draft plan for national economic and social development ”and the draft plan for national economic and social development in 2008 and agreed with the report of the examination result of the Financial and Economic Committee of the National People’s Congress. The meeting decided to approve the “Report on the Implementation of the Plan for National Economic and Social Development in 2007 and the Draft Plan for National Economic and Social Development in 2008” and approved the 2008 plan for national economic and social development.
