Three kinds of new chemical grouting materials, HW and LW water-soluble polyurethane developed by East China Survey and Design Institute of Ministry of Water Resources and Electric Power and WPE polyether developed by Zhejiang University Chemical Plant, were officially put into operation in Hangzhou on April 3, 1983 Through the national appraisal. The appraisal will be presided over by the Bureau of Water Conservancy and Hydropower and the Planning and Design Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydropower.
