2005年,河北省地税系统的工会经费代收工作开始起步,历经八年时间,地税系统干部解放思想、充分发挥征管优势,引入税收科学化、精细化、分类别管理理念,与河北省总工会密切协作,使代收工作取得了优异的成绩。一、税务代收工作的基本情况(一)代收工会经费逐年递增。全省代收工会经费总额从2005年的10910万元增加到2012年的72856万元,增收61946万元,经费增长效果明显。
