目的:研究马钱子碱(brucine)对人胃癌细胞株SGC-7901裸鼠移植瘤模型的抗肿瘤作用。方法:选取BALB/cnu裸小鼠,建立人胃癌细胞株SGC-7901裸鼠移植瘤模型。以不同剂量马钱子碱(1、2和4mg/kg)作用于模型动物,通过观察肿瘤体积和质量的变化来研究马钱子的抗肿瘤作用。结果:在实验终点,马钱子碱各剂量组(1、2和4mg/kg)的平均体质量均高于生理盐水组,差异有统计学意义,P值分别为0.024 6、0.041 8和0.036 2。马钱子碱2和4mg/kg剂量组肿瘤体积与生理盐水组相比差异均有统计学意义(P=0.048 6;P=0.012 1),抑瘤率(肿瘤体积)分别为33.8%和49.8%。马钱子碱2和4mg/kg剂量组肿瘤质量与生理盐水组相比差异均有统计学意义(P=0.013 2;P=0.011 3),抑瘤率(肿瘤质量)分别为37.9%和40.7%。结论:马钱子碱能够改善移植瘤裸鼠体质量剧减状况,抑制人胃癌细胞株SGC-7901裸鼠移植瘤的生长。
Objective: To study the antitumor effect of brucine on human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 xenografted in nude mice. Methods: BALB / cnu nude mice were selected to establish a human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 xenografted nude mice model. The effects of strychnine (1, 2 and 4 mg / kg) on the model animals were studied by observing the changes of tumor volume and quality to study the anti-tumor effects of Strychnos nux-vomica. Results: At the end of the experiment, the mean body mass of brucine in each dose group (1, 2 and 4 mg / kg) was significantly higher than that of saline group (P = 0.024 6, 0.041 8 and 0.036 2. The tumor volume of brucine 2 mg / kg and 4 mg / kg dose group were significantly different from that of saline group (P = 0.048 6; P = 0.012 1), and the tumor inhibition rates (tumor volume) were 33.8% and 49.8 %. The tumor mass of brucine 2 mg / kg and 4 mg / kg group were significantly different from that of saline group (P = 0.013 2; P = 0.011 3), and the tumor inhibition rates were 37.9% and 40.7 %. Conclusion: Brucine can improve the tumor weight reduction in nude mice and inhibit the growth of human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 in nude mice.
