责任型领导作为全球化时代的新型领导,为组织发展提供了更广阔的平台。相对于其他领导理论而言,目前国内关于责任型领导的研究及相关成果的介绍还不多,本文基于国内外学者在这一领域的研究成果,对责任型领导的概念与测量、责任型领导与相关概念的区别以及责任型领导的影响因素与影响效应等方面进行了疏理和分析,最后,对责任型领导未来的研究方向进行了展望。
Responsible leadership, as a new type of leader in the globalization era, provides a broader platform for organizational development. Compared with other leadership theories, there is not much introduction about the research on responsible leadership and related achievements in our country at present. Based on the research results of scholars at home and abroad in this field, this paper analyzes the concept and measurement of responsible leadership, And the related concepts, as well as the influencing factors and impact effects of responsible leadership. Finally, the future research direction of responsible leaders is prospected.
