Ideological and political work is the political superiority of our party, an important means of implementing the party’s line, principles and policies, and realizing the Party’s leadership over business politics. It is also an important guarantee for state-owned enterprises to deepen reforms and realize the two fundamental changes. In my work practice, I realized that in order to do a good job in ideological and political work in the new period, we must closely integrate with the reality of the enterprise and pay attention to continuously exploring in the following aspects: firm belief and solid foundation. State-owned enterprises are the lifeblood of the national economy and the basis for the consolidation of state power. This characteristic determines that state-owned enterprises should not only do a good job in production and operation, but also ensure the socialist direction of the enterprises. The dual mission of economy and politics requires that party organizations in state-owned enterprises should firmly believe in the situation, handle their ideological and political work with integrity, and take good command of the workforce. Therefore, carry forward socialism and patriotism
