目的调查北京市房山区中药饮片生产企业和医疗机构的饮片质量状况。方法依据《中国药典》(2010版)、《中药材及中药饮片药品检验补充检验方法》的标准,对从房山区4家中药饮片生产企业抽取的64件样品、27家医疗机构抽取的79件样品进行质量检验。结果从64件样品及79件样品中均发现了少量不合格品。结论房山区中药饮片生产企业的饮片质量总体上相对安全;医疗机构应加强对中药饮片购进和存储的管理;药品监督部门应加强对医疗机构中药饮片的质量监管,并不断提高技术监督能力。
Objective To investigate the quality status of Pieces of Chinese Herbal Pieces manufacturing enterprises and medical institutions in Fangshan District of Beijing. Methods Based on the standards of “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” (2010 edition), “Supplementary Testing Method for Drug Testing of Chinese Herbal Medicine and Herbal Medicine Pieces”, 64 samples collected from 4 Chinese herbal medicine production enterprises in Fangshan District and 79 samples taken from 27 medical institutions Samples for quality inspection. Results A small amount of nonconforming product was found in 64 samples and 79 samples. Conclusion The quality of Pieces of Chinese Herbal Pieces production enterprises in Fangshan District is generally relatively safe. The medical institutions should strengthen the management of purchase and storage of Pieces of Pieces of Chinese Medicine. The Drug Supervision Department should strengthen the supervision of the quality of Pieces of Chinese Herbal Medicine in medical institutions and continuously improve the technical supervision ability.
