农业类高职院校如何结合农业类专业和企业的特点,开展深度校企合作,为社会培养高素质高技能的农业人才,是目前农业高职院校急需解决的问题。江苏农牧科技职业学院积极开展办学体制机制创新,组建了由政、行、校、企等多方参与的现代畜牧业校企合作联盟理事会,通过理事会的推动,学院与企业共建“校中厂”、“厂中校”、“教师工作站”及“技师工作站”等合作平台,促动地方政府出台校企合作支持政策,建立互利共赢的校企合作运行机制,探索并实践了一条适合农业类高职院校深度校企合作的新模式。
How to combine the characteristics of agricultural specialties and enterprises, how to carry out the in-depth cooperation between colleges and enterprises and how to cultivate high-quality and highly-skilled agricultural talents for the society of higher vocational colleges is the urgent problem to be solved in higher vocational colleges. Vocational and Technical College of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Science and Technology actively carry out institutional innovation in running a school, set up by the government, education, schools, enterprises and other multi-stakeholder participation in modern animal husbandry school-enterprise cooperation Union Council, through the Council’s promotion, college and business to build “ School ”,“ school ”,“ teacher’s workstations ”and“ technician’s workstations ”and other cooperation platforms to promote local government cooperation policies to support the school-enterprise cooperation to establish mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation between schools and enterprises Operation mechanism, explored and practiced a new pattern of deep cooperation between school and enterprise in agricultural higher vocational colleges.
